If You're Sniffly & You Know It Blow Your Nose

You know how they always say that life is full of little moments that make it great? At least I think they said something like that. Or maybe that life is full of great moments that make it little? No, no, that doesn't sound right. Moment are great and they make little of life? Aw, who cares, something cool has happened and I'm pleased. There. Will that do?

Owen has learned how to blow his nose.

As a mother, you can't ask for more than that. Okay, maybe you can ask that they be potty trained before heading off to university, but being able to blow his nose at 18 months is pretty awesome. Especially when you factor in my hate-on for people who sit there and sniff and don't get a tissue. Ask Mark - it drives him insane when I yell, "Could you puh-leeeeease get a tissue!!!!" five seconds after he walks in the door on a cold day. So the fact that one of my boys can actually blow through his nose and then smile, who actually requests a tissue, is rather exciting. Especially since he has a cold right now.

And best of all, Will is watching and learning and asking to blow his nose too. I'm telling you, I'm one happy mama right now!

Its the little things....
