Some days just aren't quite the way you want them to be. Some days you aren't quite the way you want yourself to be. Some days you just want to go back to bed and start all over again. This has been one of those days.
The only thing that kept me from fleeing to the comfort of the duvet cover was planting my containers on the back steps. Two hours of peace and quiet and some dirt under my nails calmed me down and gave me time to think about the important stuff. Here are the results of my moment of zen.

Is it scary to realise that you're turning into your mother? Or even your grandmother, come to think of it..... They are indeed beautiful Pascy. Lovely choice of colours, textures and containers. Long live gardening.

Gardening really is great for stilling the mind. I love surveying the fruits of my labour every night when I get home. I am sure you will feel dead chuffed every time you look out the window from now on! xx
