Its a long weekend here in Canada ( I think we're celebrating Queen Victoria's birthday, but everyone here just calls it the May Two- Four weekend). We've just had the loveliest day with Amber and Jon and their friends Julie and Dan. Julie and Dan have a gorgeous little 4 1/2 month old called Wade, who is as big as our guys! They looked like triplets! It was very cute to have all the boys together. We went for a lunch and then went for a lovely walk on Edward Gardens, followed by burgers and ice cream at Licks. All in all, a very good day.
It was also the first time I've been out ALL day with the boys. I had started to get a little stressed last night when I was planning our day, but then I thought "ack, just go with the flow, the babies will be fine!" and they were. They were little superstars actually. We fed them their lunch under a tree in the park and they didn't bat an eyelid at that. They were a little overtired when we got home in the late afternoon, and it took a bit of soothing to get William to sleep, but I think it was worth it!
Here is Williebear with his Auntie Amber. He may be smiling here, but two seconds later his face crumbled as he decided he really didn't like the dog she was holding! It barks and moves, which scared him a bit I think. He only likes his Jackie-Jack.
